Aims of the Seminars
The challenge for those wishing to adopt outsourcing is to ensure a smooth transition whilst realising the full benefits and advantages of outsourcing. The Master Class seminars provide an invaluable examination of the key issues, presenting information about how to manage adoption process and realise the benefits of outsourcing with practical advice and expert opinion.
Audience
Attendance at these first two seminars is free of charge, however spaces will be limited to invitees and those registering on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. A fee will be charged for attendance at future events in this series. The audience will be drawn from four principal targeted groups:
